My mother's life

Today was supposed to be my birthday but here I am focusing on this because it's more important. Wanda Torres is my mother. She is all I have left. I have been working along with her to catch up with our electric bill because the cables in our apartment complex were crossed. Once fixed, we still had/have a bill to catch up with of 2,136.75 

I was managing with my twitch stints and her income to balance paying the bill when we discovered today on my birthday, that to our dismay,someone had been using my mothers card and now she has no way to take care of her health (which is my number 1 concern) bills, or anything of the sort. Wanda Torres is a dialysis patient with a loving heart, unfortunately she requires a special diet and medicine expenses. We have nobody else to turn to and maybe I can endure being homeless but not her. below is a picture for proof of both claims (although I understand I cannot reveal the info of using of her card in detail but I digress). This is all mostly due by this week and well to be blunt, as far as my mother's health is concern it's on a day by day. I PLEAD with any of you to help Wanda Torres in any way, shape or form and I sincerely apologize for making this too long.
