UPDATE: I want to thank everyone for their donations, we made it to GRS!!! My Vaginoplasty with Dr.Brassard went smoothly and my recovery is currently moving smoothly. My checkups have been all good news with some help to make healing move forward timely. I’m still holding my GoFundMe open for emergencies and future revisions. That’s why I’m updating now, I’ve just reopened freelancing here in Toronto and I’m slowly recovering my saving and my fanacial stability since taking 1 month and week off work which is earlier than intended. I have an opportunity to travel to work that is a monumental point in my career. Funds are low as per rent day, but if anyone can share and help me achieve that opportunity would be greatly appreciated. This will be pivotal to continue representing Black & Black Trans People in rooms that we’ve never accessed before with my skillset. My dreams are big and my story will be told. 02/01/2023

UPDATED: Hi there, thank you for visiting my go fund me page! My name is Myles, I am a 22-year-old trans woman and I am raising money for my Tracheal Shave and Gender Affirming Procedures. This fundraiser has changed to accommodate my state since Covid 19. I haven’t been able to save all of the money raised since I live on my own. I hope that asking for your help once instead of through multiple fundraisers is appropriate. I don’t expect to raise this much money overnight, I hope this can keep me safe and stable for as long as I need it. I started this campaign on my birthday after finding the courage to reach out in hopes of raising enough money for my procedures. I work as a makeup artist and content creator, currently in between jobs. I genuinely struggle to ask for help because I’ve always believed I can accomplish everything on my own. I recognize now how important it is to know when you need to ask for help, especially if it’s something that will make living tremendously easier. For my journey, These procedures will help me find inner peace with the body I was born in. That’s why I only asked for your generosity if you are comfortable donating and you understand the difference this makes. My goal of $30,000 is based on consultations from various Canadian clinics that specialize in facial feminization procedures and cosmetic surgeries .
