On June 17, 2017, Myles was in a serious motorcycle accident. He had 2 bleeds on his brain and a fractured thoracic vertebrae. He spent 26 days in St. Mary's Medical Center, 23 of which were spent unconscious and in critical condition.
Myles is now undergoing intensive rehabilitation at Moss Rehab and we all look forward to hearing about all of the 'Mylestones' he is acheiving so rapidly.
As a physical therapist, I know the road to recovery after an injury like this does not happen overnight. Myles will need continue to push his body as his brain heals and finds a new 'map' for itself.
I wanted to start this GoFundMe page to help the Kilker Family with medical costs including: hospital bills, medical equipment, home modifications, and private duty services.
This money will help Myles get the best care he needs to move forward in his journey to recovery. Any donation would be greatly appreciated.
