MyKBO

MyKBO  is a fan-run site to help other fans learn more about the Korea Baseball Organization (KBO) and baseball in Korea.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the sports world has turned their eye to Korea and their pro baseball league.   This new found attention towards the league has resulted in a drastic increase of traffic to MyKBO.  MyKBO is operating as a site run by a fan, for the fans.   But with the the increased attention and traffic to the site, things on the technical side have slowed down.   

This GoFundMe is for the people who have reached out and asked if there was any way they could help out.  Please feel no pressure (especially during these tough times) or obligation; continue using MyKBO as you have in the past.  But if you still feel like donating to help with the increasing operation costs of the site and more, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I've set the goal of $3,600 for 2020.  If it miraculously were to make more than that, I'd see what else would be needed for the future and announce that.   Anything made beyond that, would then be donated to various charities in Korea, such as the Oak Tree Project  (scholarships for orphaned youth in Korea).    Any money made from the MyKBO shirt store  will also be included in this total. 

Again, thank you very much for finding MyKBO and following the league.  Truly grateful and honored that you may have visited the site or followed on social media.   The true payoff for me as a fan of the league is to see the increased number of KBO fans around the world!
