leadership workshop

Greetings to all who find this page. It is said that in order to change the world, you must first change yourself. I seek change, and through this intensive leadership course I plan to confront all the things that are holding me back, so that I may positively change the world. The course is five days long and it is life changing. I can only hope that you are willing to help me facilitate the positive change in my life so that I can then positively influence everyone around me.

Personally, I've always been taught that showing emotion is weakness and that by covering up what you're feeling you can become a better leader. Not being able to express myself has been a very big obstacle in my life. This is going to help me overcome that barrier of being able to fully express myself in front of others. Life experience has also led me too not be able to trust and to take on things all by myself. This workshop will help me get over the mistrust I have in others and allow me to focus on my visions for change
My vision is to create several non profits. I want start a veteran housing community for homeless veterans to learn trades and get help with their mental illnesses and get back to living instead of survivng. Another vision of mine is to create a transitional housing shelter for teens cycling out of the foster system. So they can go to school and learn trades as well. I also want to create an animal sanctuary and a veterinarian school.

In order to do these things, I feel like I need to attend this course. It will help me take the steps to better myself and make positive changes so that I can make these dreams a reality.
