Help Brad Get "Life-Changing" Minivan or SUV

Hi this is Brad, for a moment imagine the simple task of walking becoming increasingly challenging even risky. Would you give up or keep fighting? Well for me the ability to use my mobility scooter helps keep me in the fight against Muscular Dystrophy. One problem - an inability to transport it in our current vehicle leading to the extra expense and desperate need of replacing it with a minivan or suv capable of having an important yet costly mobility scooter hoist lift installed. This since Muscular Dystrophy has already robbed me of the ability to lift anything too heavy, especially any part of a mobility scooter. 

This has resulted in fulfilling this need becoming a top priority as it will finally allow me to start living life free from the restrictions I currently face from not being able to transport & use what was meant to be a life-changing mobility aid. One which would enable me to keep going also providing me with the ability to join together with family & friends but more importantly also keeping me safe from suffering any further falls or injuries. (As seen in the photo below)

Unfortunately the current barrier we face is a lack of affordability as life isn't getting any cheaper especially for those with disabilities including me.

So please know any help you can offer whether big or small is greatly appreciated.

On this day I fell to the ground at a local event and as my wife ran to get help thankfully two kind gentlemen lifted me back onto my feet. These are the types of situations having the ability to use & transport my mobility scooter would definitely help me avoid.
