PhD Program

I will be finishing up my master's degree soon. I would like to start a PhD program afterwards. Financial aid will only go so far. In addition to that, finding a job has been difficult in this environment (even with the economy doing well). Anything anyone can give to help cover tuition personal and living expenses would be greatly appreciated.  I will be greatly appreciative of any assistance given to me.
