My Wife's Autistic Brother Needs Surgery

Ok, so my wife has a brother, my brother-in-law. We live in Denver, he lives in Florida with his and my wife's mom. He has severe autism, seizures, and panic attacks.  He had a seizure and hurt his jaw during it.  He went to the specialist and he has to have surgery. He is scared. He is nervous. He had a panic attack when he heard.  He has a tooth shoved up into his sinus cavity, and he also needs his four wisdom teeth out.  The doctor said he would have temporary paralysis after the surgery.  This scares him even more.  He desperately wants his sister with him the day of the surgery and the day after.  We have enough to cover the plane ticket, but the insurance will cover most of the costs. There is a little amount remaining, hence the $1500.
