Life threatening Blood Clots due to DHF

My wife whom is currently in the Philippines was bitten by a mosquito on our twin daughters 4th bday on November 30th. She developed dengue fever after just 3 days. She had to be admitted to the hospital immediately with a temperature of 42.6 degrees . She stayed in the hospital for 9 days and then she was discharged as they thought she was getting better instead it turned into Severe Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever(DHF).
Because my wife had previous occurrences of dengue when she was younger, she developed the more severe dengue hemorrhagic fever instead of getting better. She is now in the critical stage and if she does not receive proper around the clock treatment it will lead to to Dengue Hemorrhagic shock. Since her taking the turn for the worst her blood platelets have dropped to dangerously low levels and is now requiring daily blood transfusions as well as vomiting's blood, blood from other areas as well.
She has also developed a blood clot in her head due to the severity of the dengue and it currently measures about 1.2 inches and may require surgery to remove immediately if the medication she is on does not help dissipate that. She also has had plasma leakage into her belly and due to the complications her liver is starting to fail. She wants to be at home nightly just in case she passes away due to the clot in her head so she is close to our kids, I have asked please to stay in the icu or regular room in the hospital.
I am at my wits end i am running out of money as the cost are becoming to much the Philippines Hospital system requires payment for every hospital services that includes life saving blood. Cause we don't have medical coverage i am having to use what savings i had. My wife requires much needed
medical attention we just don't have the money for. If you can help it is greatly appreciated , otherwise i wont have asked
