Cancer has affected almost everyone I know directly or indirectly - from family to very close friends. I have been a huge fan of Sir Chris since his very early days riding the kilo and having met and spent some time with him recently his attitude has inspired me to take on this challenge. It is nothing to what he and many others are dealing with but I hope in some small way I can help. Many who read this will know I love my bike so this seemed a perfect way to combine that passion with a hugely worthwhile cause.
