On Sunday 7th September 2025 I’ll be taking part in the Tour De 4, a 56.2 mile ride starting and finishing at the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome in Glasgow.

Following Sir Chris Hoy's diagnosis with Stage 4 cancer, Tour De 4 was established with a clear purpose: to demonstrate that a Stage 4 diagnosis, while devastating, doesn't define the limits of what's possible.

I’m raising funds for Maggie’s, a charity that offers free emotional, practical, and social support to people affected by cancer.

Maggie’s provides a calm, welcoming space where individuals and families can get expert help, talk openly, and find strength during incredibly tough times. Their support is life-changing — but they rely on donations to keep going.

Every pound raised helps fund counseling, benefits advice, support groups, and the daily running of their centers.
