Hello, my name is Lucy, and I am a mum to my amazing son Oscar. He is 13 years old, and since he was around 5, he has had one huge dream to visit Tokyo. This is a really big year for him, he's just become a teenager! Not the big 18, where he'll be away and doing his own thing, but that nice in-between stage where he's still my little boy and we can do things together that he'll always enjoy. I've been saving little by little over the years, rounding up what I can where I can, but with life and the cost of living just being life it doesn't seem like I'm going to be able to afford this vacation in time for his birthday on the 3rd of June. So here's me, asking hopefully and anxiously if you'd think about making this dream a reality. Every 1–£10 would mean such a great deal. If 100 lovely individuals contributed 10, that's £1,000 which would bring us almost halfway! I know there are just so many people suffering right now, and we're all just fighting to get by, but if you can help even a little bit or if you can just share this with someone who is kind-hearted it would be the absolute world to us.
