My son need help to fight Sepsis

My son (Azriel Devine, 8 years old) is frequently ill, so I decided to take him for a blood test to find out why he got sick so often. We learned that my son was diagnosed with Sepsis.
Until this day, I had never heard of it, and when I done some researching, I was shocked that according to the National Institute of Health, Sepsis is one of the top 10 causes of disease-related death in the United States. The condition can arise suddenly and progress quickly, and it’s often hard to recognize.
Sepsis was once commonly known as “blood poisoning.” It was almost always deadly. Today, even with early treatment, sepsis kills about 1 in 5 affected people. It causes symptoms such as fever, chills, rapid breathing, and confusion. Severe sepsis strikes more than a million Americans every year, and 15 to 30 percent of those people die. The number of sepsis cases per year has been on the rise in the United States. The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality lists sepsis as the most expensive condition treated in U.S. hospitals, costing nearly $27 billion each year.
Sepsis is the body’s extreme response to an infection. Sepsis cause the body's response to infection injures its own tissues and organs and then places other organs in the body under stress: the brain, the lungs, the kidney and the heart. Sepsis happens when an infection you already have —in your skin, lungs, urinary tract, or somewhere else—triggers a chain reaction throughout your body. Without timely treatment, sepsis can rapidly lead to tissue damage, organ failure, and death. Sepsis is a life threatening medical emergency that becomes fatal or life-changing for many of the individuals who develop this "blood poisoning."
Unfortunately, Sepsis treatment is expensive. He will be required to take blood tests, urine tests, confirmatory tests, Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to check for organs swelling or inflammation, Oxygen Therapy, Antibiotic treatment, Intravenous IV fluids treatment, and blood cell transfusion treatment.
My family and I are struggling financially, so if you are able to help to contribute - even if it's a dollar - anything would mean the world to my son right now.
