Help Raedy!

My sister has been suffering with a rare, chronic pain disorder known as trigeminal neuralgia for two years. It’s not a widely-known problem, but if you search a hashtag or Google it, you’ll see it is VERY serious and painful. People who suffer from this disorder battle moments of severe and burning face pain that can last from seconds to hours. The last three months have brought my sister cringingly, unbearable pain. It’s known as “suicide disease” due to the pain it brings and the helplessness its sufferer experiences. I have seen my sister go from smiling and laughing to burning tears of pain in a moment of seconds. It’s unpredicatable, scary, and unbearable. As the disorder progresses, my sister has developed a need to have microvascular decompression surgery because of her brain structure. She is very thankfully having surgery on November 29th. This surgery is considered BRAIN SURGERY and includes a hole being drilled into her skull. The recovery time for this procedure is not predictable. Some patients recover in weeks, and others in months. With this, comes worry. This is why I have started this fundraiser. I love my sister and need her to feel okay.
