My Pregnancy in Recovery

I am an unmarried, and currently unemployed 22 year old woman in recovery and going through UAB Obstetrics Complications Clinic. An unplanned pregnancy came about in my life in the height of COVID after losing my job in March (COVID) and I knew I wanted to do everything I could to raise this baby despite the obstacles.  I got clean from all substances when I found out that I was having a baby and have been clean since.  I reconnected and moved back in with my mother to provide a more stable environment for my child and got a job at an ice cream place in Birmingham, Alabama.  Although the road to recovery was a long one, I preserved and am currently enrolled in an outpatient treatment that works with expecting mothers.  I appreciate any help that comes my way and I hope my story can inspire someone someday. I am trying to set aside some money for the next few months when I am unable to work with a newborn for bills and things that come up. Thanks
