Life has been so difficult the past few months

On Saturday 31st August my nephew suddenly passed away in the Norfolk & Norwich hospital after he was there for his routine Dialysis.

Jordan was given the chance last October to be placed on the kidney donor list after a high court battle with the NHS .

His whole life he has battled.

His organs have helped others and that cheeky smiley face is no longer with us.

It’s so hard to express how I’m feeling but his parents Camilla Tooke & Ian Tooke fought so long and hard for his life and their son.

Rest in peace Jordan and keep smiling up there you’ll always be here in my heart

Some of Jordan’s organs are now helping others and parts are being used for research .I'm raising money in aid of WEST NORFOLK MENCAP who will help children and young people like Jordan and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
