My mums chemo fighter - The Caravan

My name is Steph and I am 27 years old. For as long as I remember, both my parents and even grandparents have been fanatical about caravanning.
For my parents, the spirit and joy of caravanning continues. This year they bought a caravan after nearly a decade of going without due to the costs of moving house. To say it made them happy would be an understatement!! Each and every weekend since buying the van has been spent blissfully in the countryside with grandma and Labrador in tow :)
In July this year my lovely mum was diagnosed with lymphoma cancer. Since then, she has undergone the most horrendous chemotherapy treatment and has recently been told she'll need more.
The short stays each month in the caravan have bought her so much joy. These little breaks are her chance to escape the mental side effects of cancer and feel normal again. Although it's only a couple of days a month, she truly looks forward to them and we believe it's helped pull her through a little each time as it's something she so looks forward to.
Unfortunately, we have had the news she'll need more treatment. The financial impact this will have has meant my parents have had to sell their beloved caravan. This may sound silly and superficial, but when it comes to cancer and chemotherapy treatment, these little moments and experiences mean the world.
I am trying my best to look at ways in which I can raise enough money for them to be able to buy a secondhand van. The financial burdens of cancer arent really talked about, yet unfortunately more treatment means more time off work and less income. This is simply me, trying in vain, to see if there is a way I can raise money so my mum can continue to look forward to these important, special few days away from the reality that is cancer.
Any help or advice would be appreciated and mean more than words can say.
