Cerebral Artery bypass surgery

I am setting this gofundme campaign up on behalf of my mother. she was diagnosed with moya-moya disease when i was 8 years old. Moyamoya disease is a rare, progressive cerebrovascular disorder caused by blocked arteries at the base of the brain in an area called the basal ganglia. The name “moyamoya” means “puff of smoke” in Japanese and describes the look of the tangle of tiny vessels formed to compensate for the blockage. In 2008 when she was very first diagnosed she was rushed to the hospital and into immediate surgery because there was a 85% blockage to her brain,  she was only receiving 15% oxygen meaning she could have dropped dead at any given moment. She received her surgery in Omaha Nebraska where the doctors inserted a stint into her brain which brung her blockage down and she was healthy enough to get out of the hospital after being in there for a few months. She was disabled and wasnt able to work every since. She recently went to the doctor to follow up on her moya-moya ( yes she has continously been going ) on this doctor visit they stressed to her that her brain disease was worsening and that she needed to have a medical procedure done to see what would be the next step on saving her life. Social security then removed her from her disability, and took away her insurance. She has been fighting with them every since to try to get her disability back before her procedure date, because without it she cant have this procedure done. My mother is full of joy, my excitement and the only thing i have. we are looking for any donations possible, and a lawyer if anyone reading this know of any lawyers please email me @ [email redacted] ! after explaining to them that her brain disease was progressing, they then told her they dont think there is any reason for her to be on disability, and that she was not getting back on. My mother is still very sick, and suffers from the symptoms of moya-moya everyday. any donation will help, any share will help. After a recent hospitalization We were informed by my moms neurosurgeon here in Texas that the blocked artery is no longer viable for the Cerebral artery bypass surgery. Being that there is no cure for MoyaMoya we are seeking a second opinion by a Moya-Moya specialist at the MoyaMoya Center At Stanford Health-Care from our understanding he is the best Doctor in the United States that only treats patients with MoyaMoya 
Without treatment, MoyaMoya disease can be fatal as the result of Intracerebral hemorrhage (bleeding within the brain). Without surgery, the majority of individuals with Moyamoya disease will experience mental decline and multiple strokes because of the progressing narrowing arteries 
The purpose of this gofundme is because we cannot give up on our mom no matter what the doctors say, we know that more can be done we're raising money for the procedure in itself , airfare , hotel , rental car 
we appreciate if you guys can help us get this second opinion for our mother.
