Adele in Africa: a Humanitarian Medical Mission

It is estimated that half of Kenya’s population is under the age of 18, and that 250,000 – 300,000 of those kids live on the streets.
Some of these kids on the streets are being helped by an non profit called Under the African Sky, run solely by volunteers that have dedicated their lives to the betterment of these children’s health and wellbeing. From a small medical clinic volunteers provide outreach to remote villages. Your donations will go directly to providing much needed medical supplies and attention straight to where it can help the most.
For over 30 years I have been practicing a variety of physical therapy techniques. I am leaving my wonderful and supportive husband for two weeks to travel to Kitale, Kenya in 2 weeks. I will be volunteering there doing physical therapy to help these children and others with medical ailments that are so needy . These funds you provide are urgently needed to help procure medical supplies such as antiobiotics , deworming treatments, and acute wound care supplies.
I can’t describe how wonderful it will be to be able to provide some of the needed medicine and medical assistance for these children, who have only the clothes on their backs and hope for a better future.
