My Medical Expenses and Household

My husband, Ismael died in 2015.  I spent every day of 10 months with him in the nusing home.  Between that and my overwhelming grief, I really messed up our finances and am still digging out.  I am diabetic and last year developed A-Fib, 3 weeks ago I was diagnosed and hospitalized with congestive heart failure!  As far as Medicare goes, I am on the "donut hole" which means I pay 50% of the cost of my medicine.  For exampie. One  month insulin- $347, one month diabetes pills $197. Total $544.  That's in addition to 5 other meds I take!   That's just about 1/4 of my monthly income!  Then there are the normal bills : car ins, electricity , telephone,  car payment, etc $792.  Now we are at almost 1/2 my income.  Oops, let's not forget the $993 rent,  Now 3/4 of my income is in use AND there is the monthly fee to the attorney negotiating my credit card payments
By Feb 1st all should be under control but I am really suffering now and being threatened with eviction!  Please help. I am beyond being embarressed- I am begging for your help.  Most of my family has passed away.  Forgive me family: Mom, Dad Beth, Mike and my dear Ismael.  I cannot get along without you all.
