This is my Mama’s dog Joy. She has been her support dog since a week after my Dad passed away in 2019. Joy has kept my mom going and has been her companion for over 6 years now. Before my mom was blessed with her, Joy spent many years as a breeding dog, so they basically saved each other. She has truly been her best friend and her comfort, but sadly it’s time for Joy to cross that rainbow bridge. She’s an old dog and she’s declining quickly. My mom is on a fixed income and just doesn’t have the funds to get her to the Vet right away. If it is deemed she needs to be put down my mom is wanting her to go peacefully and have her cremated so Joy can always be with her.
