My little girl's Dental Surgery

Six  and a half years ago, My daughter was born with Autism and unfortunately has quite a few issues that go along with that.  When my daughter was two-and-a-half the dentist told us that she had less than half of the amount of space she needed for her teeth to grow into her mouth. Me being Mom figured okay we'll cross that bridge when we come to it, it's not a big deal right now etc etc. When my daughter turned four the dentist told us again that this was going to be a serious problem and at some point soon we were going to have to do something about it. He said that we had a little time to work with, but not much. My daughter is 6 now, and three and a half weeks ago we had the appointment that blew my mind! The doctor said that we no longer had time.  We were no longer going to be able to wait and reminded me that he'd been telling me for quite some time that this needed to be done. And now we are at a point where either her jaw will begin to break or fold in on itself.  She has to have surgery and a special kind of device made and fitted inside her jaw to open stretch it some kind of way. I'm not the best at explaining that portion of it. Her insurance covers neither the surgery nor the device. I am a single mom struggling just to keep a float, and I just don't have the additional $2,800. So I'm looking for help, whatever you can give if you can give a dollar or $2.50 it doesn't matter I'm grateful for whatever blessings you can provide.
