My journey will start in late 2022

Hello! My name is Bonnie Fournier, a photographer currently based in Minnesota. I'm working on a long-term, large-scale, family-friendly effort to capture 10,000 photos of people showing affection for someone they love with a simple gesture – a smooch on the cheek. I've named it The Smooch Project .

LOVE LIVES HERE is the title of my goal to gather a minimum of 200 Smooch! photos from every U.S. state, create a colorful mosaic of the images, and display them on The Smooch! Project website. The first one has been uploaded. See it here.

When LOVE LIVES HERE is completed, the gallery will contain 50 mosaics of 200 photos each, collectively holding 10,000 images. My best guess is that my journey to reach this goal will take between five and ten years.

Funds donated here will be used to support my travel expenses, which will include purchasing an RV.
