In Memory of Jaxon Chase

It is with a heavy heart that we announce Heaven gained a beautiful angel. Jaxon Chase was loved and adored by all that he encountered. No one loved him more than his mother, Jordan Elizabeth Smith. Jaxon was her world. She is going through a very difficult time right now and we are reaching out to all who may be able to help support. She will need help with hospital expenses, funeral costs, living expenses, counseling, etc. Jordan has had a great amount of support through her initial stages of grief but this will be a long a tough road for her.
