Ayuda a Abuela Beda a tener un Corazón Sano
La falla del corazón se evidenció por primera vez un día en compañía de sus hijas, esto mientras preparaba el almuerzo; sintió un dolor en el pecho lo que le impedía respirar con normalidad.
Como mujer fuerte que es, quiso hacer del evento algo sin importancia y continuar con la preparación de la comida. “Si me da algo por lo menos estoy con mis hijas” dijo la Abuela Beda mientras se sentaba en una silla para retomar fuerzas.
Nunca se imaginaron las presentes que se trataba del órgano más importantes de la Abuela Beda lo que fallaba; el corazón.
Gracias a Dios, en el momento no pasó de un susto. Terminaron de cocinar entre todas y disfrutaron de un almuerzo con sabor a madre, aunque en el fondo sabían que se avistaba un problema.
Decidieron ir al médico. El especialista al examinarla notó en su corazón claros síntomas de haber sufrido un infarto recientemente. Luego de más exámenes médicos pudieron determinar que sufre una insuficiencia mitral severa que amerita tratamiento quirúrgico de reemplazo valvular mitral con prótesis biológica a la mayor brevedad posible, su recomendación es que se realice a principios del próximo año.
El corazón de la Abuela Beda funciona actualmente en un 40% y ese porcentaje se reduce día a día.
Los médicos advierten que de llegar a un 30% pasa a ser inoperable.
De llegar a este punto incrementaría la fatiga constante, la falta de respiración y su calidad de vida se reduciría notablemente hasta que deje de funcionar por completo.
Nosotros, sus hijos, nietos y bisnietos queremos brindarle todas las oportunidades a nuestra Abuela Beda para que ella disfrute de su vida a plenitud compartiendo con nosotros.
Por eso le pedimos la ayuda de todos Ustedes.
Cualquier cantidad que puedan aportar será una gran ayuda para nosotros.
Para todo lo concerniente a la operación necesitamos 5.300 $.
Esto monto no incluye la prótesis de la válvula ya que ésta fue adquirida gracias a un familiar.
Tenemos que reunir esa cantidad de dinero y realmente nos queda poco tiempo.
Actualmente es imposible contar con los hospitales públicos, desde hace algún tiempo por falta de insumos no realizan este tipo de intervención.
Es por esto que no nos queda otra opción que la de una clínica privada, en donde nos garantizan la cirugía y los medicamentos, pero los costos salen de nuestras capacidades. Queremos contar con la bondad de quienes conocen a la Abuela Beda, así como a nuestra familia, y a los que no, igualmente queremos hacerles saber que su ayuda se convertirá en alegría estas Navidades junto a toda la familia.
