My Good Friend Summer Needs Help

Hello beautiful people!!!!
This is my first Gofundme page and I am creating it for my friends Summer Vick and her boyfriend Matt Yassney.
A little over a month ago Summer developed what she felt was a bad cold. After a couple of weeks of store bought medicine she wasn't getting any better. She reluctantly went to an urgent care unit where she was misdiagnosed with a cold. Her health grew worse. A few weeks later she was in the Emergency Room at Doctor's Hospital. She flat lined but they were able to bring her back. Summer was completely unresponsive. Matt was told she would most likely die. After a transfer to MCG she began showing signs of brain activity. Four hours later she was communicating with Matt through her eyes.
This is has been a horrible roller coaster ride.
As of this writing Summer in critical condition in the critical care unit at MCG. She has very little functionality right now other than being able to blink a yes or no to questions. She cannot speak. She is on life support. Blood clots have formed in her heart and the Doctors are not sure why.
Financial Help. Summer and Matt need financial help for the next two months. Summer will most likely be admitted to Emory Healthcare in Atlanta which will cause logistical and costly issues. Matt has budgeted out $3,500-$4,000 that should cover their expenses for the (possible) two months, when he will have to either stay in Atlanta or travel there frequently.
Anything you can donate helps tremendously.
A little about Summer from my perspective...
Summer began working part time at our company Bryton Entertainment almost a year ago as our Marketing Director. She has been an amazing person full of creativity, wit and a zeal for life. Along with being a full time student at ASU and Starbucks (now Lidl) she makes her way to our office at least three days a week and helps us immensely in whichever project we sent her way. Most recently our Tuskegee Airmen Documentary. We have all grown to really adore her and the indomitable manner in which she does her job. Along with being such a hard worker she has become a great friend to us all. I'm sure it can tough at times being the only girl...:-)

Summer has a had very tough life forcing her to mature much faster than many young people her age. At our company we will often stop work if one of us has issues they are facing. She would smile whether we were helping her or she was helping one of us. Through it all, she has always held her head high and focused on what COULD be done instead of what HAS been done. As I was holding her hand and talking with her I could see in her eyes she IS NOT GOING TO QUIT.
I'm not quite sure when her boyfriend Matt came into her life, but when he did, a bright light came on. In the midst of so much heartache and negativity this young man stepped in to help shield her from that darkness. I haven't known Matt for very long but what I do know, I love. He is kind and strong. Practical and loving. And maybe most importantly, fiercely loyal to her. Finally someone who would put her first. I know what he means to Summer because she has told me many times. I understand what he means to Summer because I have an Annette...:-)
I cannot begin to express how happy I am that so many of you have already expressed prayer and wonderful comments on our Facebook posts. I can tell you that Matt is a little overwhelmed with your kindness. Every one of you are making a difference.
As on now, Summer's condition has not improved but has not worsened.
YOUR PRAYERS ARE MAKING A HUGE DIFFERENCE RIGHT NOW!!!
Matt is currently waiting to receive word regarding the transfer to Emory Hospital in Atlanta. According to the Doctors (at this point) Emory is better suited for Summer in her condition.
