My Friend's Dad might go homeless Soon Please Help

My Friend's Dad pays child support for 4 Kids and he has a job that doesn't pay much.  A mechanical job. And it hurts my heart to see my friend go homeless or risk being homeless. They are 4-5k in debt to rent money. Anything helps $1 from each person or something will help because they sometimes don't get money to even put food on the table for the family. And since he is a single father he takes care of one child while the mother takes care of the other children and doesn't care for them and my friend aka her oldest daughter. And I'm only an 18-year-old don't really get 5k to just give to her father. I don't know what to do and this is one thing I came up with.
