My Friend Bear needs a Wheelchair Van

My friend Bear has lost the ability to transfer to his vehicle. Now he needs to get a Wheelchair Accessible Van so he can go to the Doctor visits, go out and see the world around him and most important to him, is to get to church each and every week. Last Sunday, it was 32 degrees out when he left for church. He uses his Power chair to get there and it takes about 35 minutes to get there. My friend Bear has Multiple Sclerosis, Type 2 diabetes, Lymphodema, which is fluid constantly draining from his right leg and sever bed sores. Bear goes to Church each and every Sunday and does what he can for his fellow members. Now we need to help him enjoy life. A new or Used converted Van will work for him.  Please help.
