I don’t have a dramatic backstory. No personal loss, no life-changing event; just a pair of running shoes, a questionable decision, and a desire to do something good.
I'm running the Great Welsh Marathon, my first ever marathon to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust, an incredible charity that supports young people battling cancer. Cancer is brutal at any age, but for teenagers, it hits differently. Teenage Cancer Trust provides specialist care, support, and resources to help young people through one of the toughest fights of their lives. If I can put myself through a few hours (hopefully not too many!) of suffering to make even a small difference, it’s 100% worth it.
I’ll be putting in the miles, but you can make them count. Every donation, big or small, goes towards supporting teenagers facing cancer. So whether you’re here to support the cause, laugh at my pain, or just feel better about not running a marathon yourself, please donate!
To sweeten the deal, for every £5 donation I recieve, I will take one song request from the donator to listen to during the marathon.
Thank you for your support, and wish my legs luck!
