My father, Rev. Alvin Parris, needs your help

***THE ONLY GOFUNDME CAMPAIGN*** I’ve never done anything like this before, but for anyone who knows me, you know how much I love my father, Alvin Parris, and that I’ll do anything for him. He is currently in the hospital, after a major surgery.

He’s had several stints in the hospital, but this one is significantly more severe than any other stay. This will require months of rehab, new medical equipment (chairlift for the stairs, various medications, prosthesis, wheelchair ramp for the front door, extensive physical therapy, etc), and unfortunately, insurance does not cover the bulk of the expenses ... and they are massive.

The family has done our best to stay afloat. However, we’ve completely exhausted our funds, and with COVID-19 still so prevalent, it’s harder and harder to find work, let alone the amount needed to properly support my father. He’s the greatest and strongest man I’ve ever known. A fraction of his medical history would render most of us bed-ridden, and yet here he is - holding on, still serving.

Now, I may have reached my limit personally, but there’s still one thing I can do, and that is appeal to those who know and love him. To put it plainly: we need your help. If there’s anything you can do, we’d greatly appreciate it.
