My Family & I Need Your Help

My name is Chloe, and this photo shows how not long ago, I appeared healthy and happy. I've been ill for quite some time, I suffer from an auto immune disorder and chronic back issues, but have carried on and worked hard to provide for my family regardless of how I've felt. Recently, my husband was laid off from his job, exacerbating our situation further.

On March 10th, I suffered a fall that caused further injury to my thoracic spine and requires surgery to correct. My insurance expired on February 28th. I am currently in a spinal brace and am awaiting another consultation with a spinal surgeon. I have been told that I will need a minimum of $5000 in order to have the procedure required to correct the damage done to my spine. 

To add insult to injury, due to my husband being laid off, we are facing shut off of our electricity on March 16th, which will leave us without water as well, since we are on a well. This has just not been our year. We are waiting for our tax refund, hoping it will come through soon so that we can pay our property taxes on our home, which were due 2/28, and catch up on our bills, but it just hasn't happened yet. 

We are both hard working people, but life happens, and it appears that Murphy's Law has gone into full effect for us in 2018. This is one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, but we need help.
