My dog needs a surgery to remove a big ball of fat

He has this big ball of fat that has grown back again. We got him surgery once hoping it wouldn’t grow back but unfortunately it did a month after the surgery. It was huge the first time. We are trying to get it removed before it grows more like before. Anything helps.
