My Dogs cancerous tumor

My dog Vicky who is 7 years old gave birth to  4  puppies around 10 months ago and got this little bump around her nipple, over time it grew but very little and we brushed it off not thinking much of it because it was small, about 2 days ago it grew tremendously and we took her to a vet and the cost for surgery was around 1,000$ plus care after wards and medicine and me and my dad cannot afford to pay that sum, i dont know how long she has left but any form of help is much appreciated, if you guys can help donate or find a cheaper vet or share this as much as possible, Vicky would much appreciate it`
