My dog became paralyzed overnight

On 12/6 my 4 year old shih-tzu went to sleep after running, playing and jumping around like her energetic self. Everything was great. On 12/7 we woke her up at 8am to take her for a walk and our lives turned upside down. My dogs back legs were paralyzed and she was unable to walk. She was rushed to Oradell Animal Hospital where she was admitted overnight to see if she would walk. On 12/8 I received a phone call that she needs an emergency mri because the paralysis is still there and the mri can cost anywhere up to $5000 not including the hospital stay or any other procedures or surgeries she may need. Unfortunately this amount of money is going to put a burden on myself and my family and we will appreciate any help we can get.
