Following God’s Call — My YWAM Discipleship Journey

Hi everyone! My name’s Alan, and I’m stepping out in faith to follow where God is leading me. On January 7th, 2026, I’ll be leaving to join a 5–6 month Discipleship Training School (DTS) with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) — a global missions movement focused on knowing God more deeply and making Him known around the world.

This is something that’s been on my heart for a while, and after much prayer, I know this is the next step God is calling me to take.

During the DTS, I’ll be trained in:

• Hearing and recognising God’s voice

• Sharing the Gospel and my faith with others

• Serving communities practically and spiritually

After the training phase, I’ll head on an international outreach to bring God’s love to the nations — through ministry, worship, and community projects.

This journey is an incredible opportunity to grow in faith, serve others, and make an impact for Jesus across the world. I’m believing that God will provide everything needed to make this possible — including financial support.
