My brothers welfare

This is my beautiful brother Alfons. He is one of eleven children in our family. Recently he fell very ill with cancer on the pancreas and liver. He is getting immuno therapy and its proving to be successful. In the mean time however he no longer has a job and his wife has had to quit her job to look after him. Their car and air con has broken down and they are struggling in all areas. This go fund me is to raise funds for another car or to fix the very old one. Please help
