My brother's family's hardship

My sister in law is only 34 years old and had a stroke on June 17th 2017. They discovered she has a hole in her heart that will need to be repaired after the new year. They have 5 kids and my brother is struggling to pay the mortgage, their medical bills and their one kid has a lot of food allergies so the cost of her food is very expensive also. My sister in law can not work right now so any help you can give them we would greatly appreciate. If you can not donate please say a prayer for them  and share this. My brother has been a volunteer fire fighter since he was 16 and gives to his community and would give the shirt off his back to help anyone so please help this beautiful family out.
