My brother with cancer needs a car

He lives in a small town in Missouri, approximately 70 miles from where his treatments are being done starting back in November 2016. Unfortunately, in this difficult time of his life he is without reliable transportation to get him from his home to the hospital and back. His social security barely covers his housing and food. He desperately needs help with getting a working car, and he needs the funds as soon as possible. To be honest any amount will help not only with getting a car but also with his medical bills, which as you can imagine are endlessly flowing in. He worked at Walmart for many years, however, due to his illness he is no longer employed. He is suffering from colorectal cancer and is currently receiving chemotherapy.
