Unexpected Passing of Wife and Mother of 3

My best friend Matt O'Connor awoke on the morning of January 4th to discover his wife and the love of his life, Sarah, had unexpectedly passed away.
Sarah was a truly wonderful person, always smiling with a sharp sense of humor. She could make anyone around her feel comfortable with her easy going style and thoughtful demeanor. She loved her three children and was adored by the children she taught as an elementary school teacher.
In her 37 years, Sarah made an indelible impression on everyone she touched. We are thankful for the time we had with Sarah and the positive impact she undoubtedly had on all of our lives.
Matt has now been thrust into not only living his life without his soulmate, he must now raise his three young children: Irelyn (7), Callum (6) and Adalaide (3)
without their mother.
Matt is by far the best person I have had the pleasure of knowing. Despite losing both of his parents to cancer as a child, he has always had an optimistic, glass half full view of the world, seeing the good in everyone. Like his wife, he chose to devote his life to helping others, in his case, working with special needs children, where he brings the same patience, empathy and kindness to everyone he meets.
We will never forget Sarah and her memory will live on through her children. Our hope is to raise $100,000 for Matt and the children to help with child care expenses and start up education funds.
