Need help

I have severe endometriosis and have been wanting another baby before it’s too late. I have been struggling with this condition for years. It’s spread all over my body hopefully not blocking tubes or infertile altar. Already starting Pre-Menopause have an appointment with fertility clinic in January. Need all the help we can get. I work 7 hard days a week. I’m a full time worker plus going to college for OTA (Occupational Therapist Assistant). Im a loving mom and fiancé. Anything would be greatly appreciated.
