Help for Evan

16-year-old Evan has intractable epilepsy. She was recently hospitalized with uncontrolled seizures. In addition to the emotional stress and heartache this puts on her family, it comes with financial hardships. The world doesn't stop when your medically fragile child gets sick. Please help if you are able and if you are unable to give monetarily, please share.

"Evan update: I was really expecting to have a good update this morning. It appeared that maybe the medication they loaded yesterday morning was slowing things down a bit by yesterday evening. As the night progressed, seizures increased. She is having several seizures an hour. They are almost constant. She also had to receive a blood transfusion at 2:00am due to low hemoglobin. They still have not identified any underlying infection that may have triggered this all.
