My sister and her son lost their home completely to a fire this morning, February 20, 2015. They were not seriously hurt; however, they lost all of their beloved dogs, and they were not able to afford insurance.
I am trying to do major fundraising for them in order to replace their home. Her son is unable to work right now due to medical issues, and she has a low-paying job which barely covers their living expenses.
They do own the land they lived on, free and clear from any liens. They are willing to help build a new small dwelling or perhaps purchase a used mobile home.
