Save Punkin's Life

Please help save Punkin's life. She is a darling 2 year old chihuahua with a loving,sweet personality. She has had a hard life and is finally in a loving home but has severe health problems. Punkin was dumped in an RV resort in Stockton. For six weeks she ran around scared and no one could catch her.   Finally, they were able to catch and clean her up. My friend Sue had just lost her cat and used to have a chihuahua so she adopted Punkin. When she took Punkin to the vet for a checkup she was told Punkin had a heart murmur. Sue just took her to the heart specialist and was told unless she gets heart surgery she only has six months to a year to live. It has rapidly progressed over the last six months. The vet said that with the surgery Punkin's outlook for a long life is excellent.
Punkin doesn't realize she is sick. She is happy and full of love- there is no stranger to Punkin. Unfortunately, there are no medications to help her, only surgery. We are hoping to raise the money quickly so we can get the surgery as soon as possible. Any donation would be greatly appreciated to help save Punkin's life.
