Meng Chu Ma's heart failure

My fiancee, Meng Chu Ma is living with a heart failure. Her heart cannot pump the amount of blood  her body needs. The blood backs up into the lungs and causes her to have shortness of breath, and backs up into other parts of the body causing her legs to be swollen.

Presently, she's unable to walk by herself and has to rely on someone's help.

I have been helping her financially using all my savings, as she can't work. I have also taken out loans after my savings ran out. I'm currently unemployed as I recently lost my job and I am seeking your help, that is why I am setting up this fund to try and help us cover the financial aspects of being off work and all of the medical expenses that are coming.

At about the same time when Meng started to have her heart failure, we have been told by Meng's mother doctors that she has a terminal brain tumor and doctors told us she has only a few months to live :(
We have not told her mom of her own condition as she's already very worried about Meng's health.
