Our community garden, on the corner of 55th and Jefferson Street in Philadelphia, has been vandalized and robbed several times in a period of about three weeks, despite nailing the doors to the shed closed. The person(s) took over $3,000 of tools and equipment: a generator, power tools, hand tools, wheelbarrows, lawn chairs, folding tables, tents, umbrellas and more.

We've worked hard to purchase and accumulate these items over the last 10 years and now they're gone! We don't have the money to replace the tools and not having them is hindering our programming for this current growing season. We're asking the community to assist us in replacing these items.
