Greg's Kidney Transplant Fund

In June 2012, Greg was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease (Kidney Failure). Over the past four years, Greg has spent 3 days a week on dialysis, while still holding down his job as Executive Pastor of Faith Church in Glenpool, OK. His goal was always to strive to receive a kidney transplant, but first needed to lose 75 pounds to qualify. After losing a total of 85 pounds over the next three and a half years, Greg was evaluated by the Transplant Specialist at Integris Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK and was approved to receive a kidney transplant. In December 2015, Greg's nephew Stephen Conner, of San Antonio, TX, was tested and discovered that he and Greg were a match to have a living kidney donation. With the support of their family and friends, Greg and Stephen will have the transplant surgery on April 11, 2016. The majority of the cost of the transplant surgery will be covered by Greg's insurance, however their are still additional cost that he and his wife, Candice will incure for medications, improvements to their home to accomodate Greg's weakened immune system due to the anti-rejection medications he will be taking, travel for appoints, and missed work will still put stress on their families budget.
