Our dear friends Kass and Napik are about to embark on the most beautiful journey of their lives — parenthood! After nearly three years of dreaming, hoping, and navigating a few heartbreaking attempts, they’re finally heading up north to Iqaluit at the end of the month to adopt a baby through Inuit custom adoption.

This is a sacred and deeply meaningful moment for their family, and while their hearts are full, the cost of travel is incredibly high. Flights to Iqaluit are expensive, and any changes — which are likely with the unpredictability of adoption timelines — could double those costs.

We’re reaching out to our community to support Kass and Napik in making this journey as smooth as possible. Every contribution helps ease the financial pressure and allows them to focus on what truly matters — welcoming their baby into the world with love, joy, and open arms.
