Because of your generosity, we are able to distribute cash relief to 64 families! Our team of trusted Latinx community members with deep connections in Central Oregon will be hitting the road to personally distribute $500 in funds to these recipients. There are NO stipulations for this money other than an application filled out by the individual and then reviewed by the committee. It can go towards bills or groceries or rent or clothing-anything that is needed.
The work is not over! Our next disbursement date is May 8 and new applications are already coming in fast and furious. We have 30 more families in the pipeline!
How do I help?
Our goal is to raise $500,000 to support at least 1,000 individuals and families here in Central Oregon. If you find yourself in a privileged position-- being able to work from home, with your income uninterrupted, and receiving a check from the federal government that you may not need--we encourage you to donate to this vital fund and step into allyship.
