Mustard family benefit

Kim Mustard, wife of Corey Mustard, is a young mother of 5 who has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Kim is scheduled for  surgery on Monday, March 2nd.  Medical costs, taking time off from work and expenses for help caring for the children, 4 of whom are hearing impaired, has led us to post this.
Any help will be appreciated.
