Violins in a Tree House??? Let's Build Them a MUSIC BUILDING!
This holiday season, I travelled to Chiang Mai, Thailand where I taught music at the Hope House Orphanage. The children learned to play the violin, scarf dances, songs, and so much more! Although the children now have access to quality instruments and instructors, there is still a great need for a music building!
The violins are currently being stored in a tree house with no climate control and no humidity control. The children have no place to practice their instruments except outside. The heat and humidity in Thailand is not good for the violins and will lead to a greater long-term need for more instruments and repairs. Help us build a music space for the deserving children at the Hope House!
